Flourish
Corporate Wellness
In the current climate it is essential that we look after the physical and mental wellbeing of ourselves and our teams. To do this effectively, the benefits must be fully and strategically integrated into our working processes. Giving the time and space to invest in our professional growth and wellbeing enables individuals and teams to be more effective and productive as well as securing loyalty and pride in their workplace.

Working alongside your HR provision, through our Flourish Programme we can create a bespoke package of services to support your Corporate Wellness that could include:

-
360 review of current provision
-
Strategic Health Check reporting and action planning
-
Cost effective and impactful initiatives and ideas
-
Creating a culture of professional growth, support, challenge and feedback
-
Exercise, resilience and mindfulness workshops

This autumn sees the launch of reflective research and development of our Flourish programme for any organisation looking to grow through its people. Contact us to find out more and how you can get involved.

Flourish Testimonial
Langdon Park School, Tower Hamlets
Through consultation it was clear that staff at Langdon Park wanted to work collaboratively on the creation of a staff wellbeing charter. We commissioned Jay Davenport to work with us to provide a neutral view but also based upon his experience of leading such work in his own school and the positive impact. So his work and input has credibility.
Jay held several meetings with myself, SLT and staff across the school to gain a personal flavor of the school and what we wanted to achieve. Then through the creation of a working party a charter came into being which was well-received by staff. Jay superbly guided us through this work. Our charter which, is reviewed annually underpins our wellbeing approach to staff but marries with our school values and ethos. Within there is clear clarity for all stakeholders to see what the school does for employees and what we expect in turn of them. Jay’s work really helped us as a school move forward on this vital matter and therefore created an approach to consultation and co-creation of a charter. It is valued by staff both in terms of approach and content. Ofsted also noted how leaders take staff well being seriously.
I would highly recommend this work to any school.
